She works in etching, oils and mixed media even using spices and make-up to produce a desired effect. The title of the exhibit is <strong>Donut-eater &amp; Other Stories<\/strong> (<em>Le Mangeur des Beignets<\/em>) and includes series never before shown. &#8220;Each painting is a story&#8221;, said Ms Payne, adding that the exhibit includes both figurative and non-figurative styles.<\/div>\n<div>Ms Payne will be on hand for the opening at 6.30pm on May 28.\u00a0 The gallery, at 3 rue Penchienatti,\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.frenchrivieratraveller.com\/Nice\/Nice.htm\">Nice<\/a>,\u00a0 is open Monday through Saturday from 3pm to 6pm.
